Two days national seminar organized by BN Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Udaipur and sponsored by AICTE ended today at BN Seminar Hall. 

Chief Guest on the occasion of valedictory function and prize distribution ceremony was Dr.Amita Gill, Director, Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Rajasthan and Guest of Honour was renowned physician and cardiologist Dr.JK Chhaparwal. Dr. SS Pancholi, Director Babriya College of Pharmacy, Baroda was present as the Special Guest.

Dr.Chetan Singh Chauhan, Principal, BN Institute of Pharmacy gave the welcome address on the occasion where more than 400 delegated were present.

Dr.Amita Gill spoke about various schemes available for the young pharmacists, women scientists and travel grants for research and developments.

Dr.JK Chhaparwal narrated on the socio-economic and spiritual aspects in current time and gave mantras on living a happy and healthy life and also elaborated on the role of pharmacist in society. Dr.SS Pancholi motivated the pharmacists for improving the profession and to try and learn the latest trends of the trade.

65 posters were displayed by participants as part of poster competition. Prize winners in the competition are as follows: Narendra Sharma, Uma Upadhyay, Surendra Singh Saurabh, Pooja Pandya, Prayambada Pandey, Sakshi Chhabra, Roshan Kesari, Prakash prajapat, Madhuri Sanadhya, Saziya Yasmin Sayeed, Akash Mittal, Ranjana Sharma, Himani Tiwari, Annapurna Ojha, Pankaj Singh chauhan, Ayush Garg and Hinal Vyas.
