At the monthly theater night Rangshala organized by West Zone Cultural Center, act ‘Vallabhpur ki Roop Katha’ was performed, written by Badal Sarkar and directed by Pragati Vivek Pandey. The play revolved around greed, fear, love and false identity.

At the monthly theater night Rangshala organized by West Zone Cultural Center, act ‘Vallabhpur ki Roop Katha’ was performed, written by Badal Sarkar and directed by Pragati Vivek Pandey. The play revolved around greed, fear, love and false identity.

Actors from Vivechana, Jabalpur transfixed the audience to the play that is the story of protagonist Bhupati who finished his studies and aspires to open his own clinic but is unable to do so due to lack of funds and hence, wants to sell off his heritage haveli. Already suffering from debt, Bhupati falsifies his identity in front of the prospective buyers to convince them to buy the haveli which apparently also houses a spirit of an ancestor.

The situational comedy was very well performed by all the actors and audience enjoyed the dialogues. The actors who performed were Vivek Pandey, Director as Bhupati, Manish Tiwari as Manohar, Ashutosh Dwivedi, Aparna Sharma and Alankrati Shrivastava. Also, performances of Abhinav Verma, Amit NIjje and Udayan Swami were highly appreciated.
