Udaipur Chapter of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India celebrated CA Foundation Day today. The day long program was consisted of several social and cultural programs held at the Chapter in Sector-14.

Chapter head, CA Yogesh Pokharna informed that the program was attended by 850 members of the institution and around 2500 CA students. Inauguration of the program was done by Rajni Dangi, Mayor of Udaipur.

Tree Plantation, Blood Donation, Distribution of education material to underprivileged children were also conducted as a part of social responsibility.

Himanshu Buch, a prominent motivational speaker from Baroda addressed the crowd of young students and shared tips on time management.

Students also showcased an act play dedicated to the victims of Uttrakhand Flood and spread the message of unity and awareness. Donations were also collected for Uttrakhand victims.

Several members and students filled the form to donate their body posthumously.

Yogesh Pokharna informed that the CA Foundation Day is celebrated every year on 1 July, after establishment and implementation of Chartered Accountant Act in 1950.
