Vedanta Udaipur World Music Festival: Poster Released
Udaipur gears up for the Vedanta Udaipur World Music Festival 2026 from Feb 6-8; this 10-year celebration promises live music, cultural experiences and unforgettable performances
Udaipur, Feb 5, 2026 - The official poster of the Vedanta Udaipur World Music Festival was unveiled on Wednesday (February 4), capturing the 10-year journey of the event. From February 6 to 8, the Vedanta Udaipur World Music Festival will celebrate a decade of Music Without Borders, featuring performances by artists from India and around the world.
Hindustan Zinc continues to support the festival, while Sahar has designed and produced this edition, with significant contribution from the Rajasthan Tourism Department.
This year’s edition will feature renowned Indian musicians alongside international artists from more than 11 countries, many performing in India for the first time. Over the three-day festival, more than 20 bands and 150 artists will grace the stage. Music enthusiasts can look forward to folk, fusion, contemporary and experimental performances. Highlights include performances by Kailash Kher and Kailasa Live, Amit Trivedi, Jonita Gandhi, Taba Chake, Amrit Ramnath, Indian Ocean, and OAFF, alongside international artists from Spain, Africa, Europe and other countries.
Speaking about the event, Sahar founder Sanjeev Bhargav said, “As we step into the 10th year of the festival, the thought comes naturally — what next, and how can we continue to bring unique music experiences to India? The real beauty of this festival has always been that Udaipur and its venues themselves become part of the music. This edition’s highlight is creating moments that cannot be replicated anywhere else.”
Hindustan Zinc is deeply committed to preserving and promoting Indian culture. Embracing the unifying power of music, the company has led unique initiatives, apart from Vedanta Udaipur World Music Festival, such as Srajan – The Spark (showcasing India’s global artistic identity), and Smritiyan (honouring the late Pandit Chatur Lal, Oscar-nominated and BAFTA-winning tabla maestro). Beyond music, the company also addresses social challenges. The Vedanta Zinc City Half Marathon, celebrated as India’s most beautiful marathon, raises awareness against rural malnutrition, tracing scenic routes along Fateh Sagar and Udaipur’s picturesque streets.
