The Kavi, famous for his style of reciting poems, Kumar Vishwas rocked the ‘Kavi Sammelan’ evening at Dussehra – Diwali Mela today.

Crowd from city, especially youth gathered in huge numbers to get a glimpse of their favorite poet. Kumar Vishwas, who is well attached to all social networks viz. Facebook, Twitter etc, was praised by youth for his heart-touching poems and his frank comments on various issues.

Cultural Night started with Ganpati Vandana, after which, Mahendra Singh Shekhawat, Dhanpal Swami, Dinesh Shrimali, Satyanarayan Acharya, Archana Sharma, Krishnakant Kumawat, Bhanwar Singh Dewda and others welcomed the guests.

Kavita Kiran started the Kavi Sammelan with Saraswati Vandana. Along with Kumar Vishwas, Sampat Surila, Ajat Shatru, Om Tiwari, Deepak Parikh, Ashok Charan, Sangeeta Saran, Rajkumar Badal, Kavita Kiran, Prakash Nagori recited poems varying on different genre and some on the current issues.

Kumar Vishwas was warmly welcomed with applauds, and he mesmerized everyone by his well-known recitation of ‘Koi Deewana Kehta He, Koi Pagal Samjhta He’. Kumar Vishwas also anchored the show in many segments.

Every poet marked presence on the audience in the evening, while some made them laugh, others made them think. The event was a hit in every aspect. Movie Parodies, Poems, Shayaris, Song-Snippets were well received by the crowd.

Tomorrow Sambhavna Seth would be entertaining the audience in Bollywood night at Dussehra – Diwali Mela.
