“Malhar” the cultural music and dance programme has been postponed following the demise of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. It may be noted that “Malhar” was scheduled to take place on 18th and 19th August in Shilpgram. This information was provided by WZCC Director Furqan Khan.
