Child Health Nursing Department, Geetanjali College of Nursing inaugurated the ‘World Immunization Week-2015’ at the college premises by the hands of Dean Dr. Jayalakshmi.

Principal of the nursing college Yogeshwar Puri Goswami, principal of nursing school Gajendra Jain, academic officer Kuldeep Patidar, HoDs of various departments, teachers, and students of M.Sc Nursing, B.Sc Nursing and GNM were present at the occasion.

The dean imparted to all the theme of the World Immunization Week as ‘Close the immunization gap-Vaccination to All.’ Different sessions were taken by speakers of the child health department about importance of immunization.

During the week, competitions will be organized on 25^th (Quiz), 27^th & 28^th (Social Awareness Program), 29^th (Poster Display) and closing ceremony with prize distribution on 30^th April.
