The artistic therapeutic mix of yoga and dance workshop is soon going to commence in Udaipur. The 2 day long workshop is going to start from 28th till 29th November 2014.

The yoga dance workshop is by Soraya Franco from Dominican republic who is presently based in Delhi. She has been in dance profession for over twenty years and is also an accomplished yogini who has performed in many international dance festivals in India, Paris and Dominican Republic.

Yoga dance therapy is a systematic application of yoga principles in the art of dance which combines sequence of asanas and purification techniques. It is also an integrative art form based on the philosophy of Ayurveda.
