A 3-day orchid festival is going to take place in Sajjangarh Biological Park from 29^th July. Various species of orchids will be exhibited in this fest. As per CFO Rahul Bhatnagar, almost 18 species of orchids that are found in Rajasthan will be displayed in this orchid festival.

Orchid plant is a very attractive plant. North-Eastern and Southern parts of Rajasthan have a variety of orchids. Some of these orchids can be seen in Mount Abu, Sita Mata Sanctuary and even Phulwari ki Nal. During the rainy season, orchid plant is on its full bloom.
