Today on the occasion of World Heritage Day, Ahar Museum exhibited the articles, artworks and various ancients materials found during the excavation of Chandrawati site, located near Abu Road.

Dr. Jeevan Singh Kharakwal, HoD Department of Archeology, Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth was the chief guest of the program and inaugurated the exhibition.
According to Dr. Jeewan Singh and Dr. K.P. Singh Dept of Archaeology, Shramjeevi College who were involved in the excavation of Chandrawati, told that many items like Terracotta – Bead, Slingball, Bird-short, Bangle, Disk, Iron- Arrowhead, Spearhead, Chain, Glass- Beads, Bangles, sheets were discovered during the survey and were displayed in the exhibition.
