The Times of India organise Times Udaipur Property Expo 2016 on 26th and 27th March at The Celebration Mall, Udaipur.

The aim of the first ever property expo by Times in Udaipur was to provide a one stop investment and purchase option for Udaipurites – an opportunity to invest in their dream home.

The Celebration Mall and J K Laxmi PRO+ Cement were the two associates of this event, which had a dozen participants, viz. Apna Naksha.com, AMG Developers, Valley View Hotel and Resort Pvt Ltd, Arvana – The Business Destination, Mateshwari Marbles, Animentor Academy, Mundra Developers, Tarz Events and Entertainments, Marble Trade Centre, Winsome Furniture, Krishnagan, Mahavastu and Phoenix.

The programme started with Deep Prajwalan by the Chief Guests, Shafi Shaukat, Vice President (Marketing) J K Laxmi Cement, V.P. Rathi, President, Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Hansraj Choudhary, Vice President, Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Manoj Singh, Central Manager, The Celebration Mall and Ankit, Manager Marcom, The Celebration Mall.

Addressing a big gathering of the elite of town, V.P. Rathi said that such events were welcome in the town and initiatives of this kind by the Times Group augur well for the real estate scenario of Lake City.  In the opinion of Hansraj Choudhary the property expo was a big gift to Udaipurites by the Times associates and the participants.  Shafi Shaukat said that his company was happy to be associated with Times Group in such novel initiates and would continue their support in these ventures in future.  Manoj Singh and Ankit expressed their happiness to host such a wonderful event.

A large number of persons visited the stalls throughout the two days and inquired about investment in property. Those who were building their own houses got a lot of useful information about materials, furniture etc.

The two evenings were full of fun and entertainment. On the first evening the audience enjoyed listening to the music by Live Band. Western dances were presented on the second evening.

With the participation of a huge number of visitors and elite of Lake City, the two day event turned out to be a big success.
