Royal History of Mewar showcased at Bhagwat Prakash Gallery
At The Bhagwat Prakash Gallery in City Palace, photo exhibition named ‘The Camera at Udaipur, 1857-1957’ showcasing 100 photographs related to Mewar’s Royal Family was inaugurated today by district collector Vikas S. Bhale.
At The Bhagwat Prakash Gallery in City Palace, photo exhibition named ‘The Camera at Udaipur, 1857-1957’ showcasing 100 photographs related to Mewar’s Royal Family was inaugurated today by district collector Vikas S. Bhale.
The collection focuses on participation of the previous kings of Mewar in various traditions and festivals celebrated in the Palace. It also focuses on the rich culture of the princely state.
Vice-Secretary of MMCF, Bhupendra Singh informed that the gallery will be opened for the tourists and general public from Friday.
During the inauguration ceremony today, Arvind Singh Mewar, Vijayraj Kumari Mewar, Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar and other guests were present.
