2 cloth merchants have been arrested for selling ordinary clothes under famous brand tags. Surajpole police has arrested 2 people dealing in outfits that bear tags of famous brands like Levi Strauss and Superdry Company.

Mohammed Hussain owner of JF Enterprises and Lokesh Jain of Shakti Hosiery have been arrested for cheating people by selling ordinary clothes under brand names. The complaint was lodged by Rajendra Singh Jat, Lalit Singh and Purushottam of Netrika Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon. The company representatives conducted a check at these 2 shops. They did not find any branded garment here and have registered a case of fraud under copyright act.
