Today’s youth have loads of things on their mind besides studies. It’s a never ending race of winning and reaching out to things that were a dream till yester years.
The Yuva of Udaipur too is a part of this race. 6-8 hours of academics followed by difficult subject tuitions, singing & dancing classes, swimming classes, gym and the list goes on.
While these youngsters are doing everything that will make their future shine, lack of time often leads to inadequate intake of food and ultimately results in bad health. In order to grab a quick bite, they habitually end up eating at a roadside food joint which is neither nutritious nor hygienic.
Not their fault completely. They juggle with too many things in a day which hardly leaves any time to have even their meals on time, forget about them cooking.
Wait a minute! What if they get their hands on to a recipe which is too simple to make and just as delicious to eat? Besides, it’s hygienic, quick, no-brainer and can be made anytime. Sounds interesting?
