‘Kebab Connection’, an authentic food festival began at Laxmi Vilas Palace, Udaipur with the succulent taste of kebab platter char grilled to perfection. It is a week long festival from November 14th to November 23rd.
The Master Chef Vijendra is the man behind the delicacies that consist of the four course menu including soup, dal baluchi, biryani and garlic naan followed by dessert. The festival is at Aangan, the specialty Indian al fresco restaurant.
The delectable range of kebabs like Anardana Murgh Angara, Surkhila Kakori Kebab, Kasundi Mahi Jaituni, Zafrani Paneer ke Parchey, Chukander Moongfali ki Galawat and many more are offered in the festival.
The foodies of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food can savour the tastes of Kebabs at the Laxmi Vilas Palace from 7 pm to 10.30 pm. The vegetarian meal costs INR 1000+ taxes and Non Vegetarian meal costs INR 1200+ taxes.
