Rajasthan Mega Trade fair New Year Carnival begins today at Fateh School ground. The carnival will go on until 7^th January 2018. This carnival is meant to encourage and promote small scale industries and artisans. The fare will have 400 stalls under 6 domes.

Haryana’s handloom, woollens of Himachal Pradesh and Kashmir, Saharanpur’s furniture, crockery, decorative items, terracotta items, jewellery, cosmetic products, toys and basic items of daily needs will be available in this grand fair.

Children will love to visit this place while their parents enjoy shopping. For their entertainment, the carnival has come up with break dance, ranger, water boat, dragon train, chaand tara, mickey mouse bouncy, roller coasters, gypsy and helicopter and more other swings to enjoy in.

A food court has also been set up where Punjabi food, street food varieties, South Indian delicacies, snacks like gobi pakodas, American corn and sweets and Chinese food will be available.

Each day cultural events will entertain the visitors. On the 1^st of January, comedy night can be enjoyed where Johnny Lever Jr., Himanshu Bavandar, Ravindra Jhonny etc. will make you laugh till your stomachs hurt. A dance competition will be organised on 2^nd January, Vocal Music competition on 3^rd January and a Kavi Sammelan on 4^th January. Kavi Suresh Albela, Ashok Charan, Ajaat Shatru, Ram Babu, Shankar Shikhar, Anand Ratnoo, Bhuvan Mohni and Monika Gaur will present their poetic creations.
