Udaipur witnessed a never before flamboyance with the inauguration of Arvana Mall – Shopping Destination at Hathipol today afternoon.

The flamboyant project, lived up to its name when the inauguration day, graced by the presence of Prince Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar as Chief Guest and Bollywood icon Jackie Shroff accompanied by the graceful Soha Ali Khan presented Arvana Mall to the people of Udaipur in the presence of various dignitaries including Dr. Jaideep Mehta and a humongous crowd of guests and people in the vicinity.

Waiting in anticipation for the arrival of the Prince of Mewar and the Bollywood stars, Hathipol was clogged with thousands of people who arrived in the area since the wee hours of the morning.

At the Press Conference held on the Fourth floor of Arvana, Jackie Shroff was very specific in saying, “Success in life is obtained by ensuring that one does not keep a superiority complex and treats all as equal.  To keep this beautiful world famous city of Udaipur live up to its name, it is important that its residents take up the responsibility to play a significant role in ensuring its cleanliness.”

Jackie further said that he has worked in films in various regional languages and wishes to work in films in all Indian languages.  When asked about the performance of his actor son Tiger Shroff, he said that all of Tigers films are doing well as he is working very hard on his performance and this is the reason for his success.

Hasan Aftab, Director at Arvana said that with the opening of Arvana Mall, the role of the management will always be to ensure that the common people get access to their choice of shopping and facilities.  He said that the Unique Selling Point or significant feature of Arvana Mall will be launch of its roof top restaurant, under the management of Jaipur based I.B.C group.  The rooftop restaurant situated in the centrally located Arvana will provide visitors with an unadulterated and unobstructed view of the valley of the City of Lakes.  He further disclosed that the ground floor will run a huge super market where local residents will get necessary items along with free home delivery to nearby areas.

Hasan further elaborated on the opening of the Sheroes hangout which was inaugurated a couple of weeks ago.  Managed and operated by acid attack victims, this will the first café of its kind in Rajasthan.

Shabbir Paliwala, owner of Arvana group took the opportunity to mention that Arvana Mall will prove to be a one stop shop for local residents as well as tourists coming to Udaipur.  He said that the Ground and first floor showcases international and national brand showrooms, with the second floor boasting of a Handicraft Zone, Mobile accessories area, appliances and accessories area, leather items showrooms, and bookshops.

Shabbir said that while the Kings’s Arcade rests on the second floor to cater to Men, the third floor carries the Queens Arcade, which will provide every form of ladies items, including accessories, cosmetics, exclusive beauty parlor, ladies tailor, etc.

Shabbir also said that the uniquely conceptualized fourth floor boasts of a multi-cuisine food court along with a Game Zone for kids while hosting a Kids Shopping Zone, with a Soft Play area along with dedicated outlets offering children items of most kinds. The fifth floor hosts 20 offices and the sixth and seventh floor is residential with 15 highly secured flats and four guest rooms.
