On the last day of Nav Samvatsar celebrations organised by Nav Varsh Samaroh Samiti, a number of activities were carried out at Dudh Talai.

In the morning, around five thousand students of Alok School applied tilak on foreheads of the passing denizens while splendid fireworks lightened Dudh Talai to welcome the New Year.

According to Pradeep Kumawat, President of Nav Varsh Samaroh Samiti, considering the importance of the day, Dudh Talai was lavishly decorated with bright lights with joint efforts of Udaipur Municipal Corporation.

The firework and Arti of Maharaj Vikramaditiya remained one of the major attractions of the day; in the morning, students gave a message of environment conservation along with new year greetings to Udaipurites, added Pradeep Kumawat.
