Doctors at MB hospital Udaipur are claiming to have removed the biggest ever kidney stone in the history of Rajasthan. Kidney stone weighing 586 gms was removed from a patient at MB Hospital.
Doctors were all taken aback at the size of the stone. The stone was removed from the body of Jagdish, 35 year old patient from Manasa, MP. The unique surgery was performed by Dr ML Lodha, Dr Rajveer Singh and Dr Satish. The doctors claimed that this is arguably the biggest stone that has been removed from any patient in Rajasthan.
The operation for removing the stone took 2.5 hours. “This is not a stone, it is a rock”, said the treating doctors.
Jagdish said that he had this burning sensation in his urinary tract for last three years. He had been consulting a local doctor in his village for the same all this while. If only he had got himself diagonised earlier, he would not have been in this life threatening situation.
