The RNT Medical College and hospitals under the Department of Medical Services are changing their operating hours. Starting Tuesday, September 1,2024 the hospitals will be open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This new schedule will remain in effect until March 31, 2025.

On holidays, the Outpatient Department (OPD) will operate from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Previously, between April 1 and September 30, these hospitals were open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Before the pandemic, hospitals had different timings based on the season. During summers, they operated from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and again from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. In the winter months, the hours were from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

All hospitals used to open twice a day, but the schedule changes implemented during the pandemic are still being followed.
