GMCH's Dr Vishwas Baheti Sets Guinness World Record for AI Healthcare Livestream

Udaipur, April 15, 2026 - Dr Vishwas Baheti, urologist and kidney transplant surgeon at Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital (GMCH) in Udaipur, has entered the Guinness World Records for recording the highest number of viewers - 17,999 - on YouTube during his participation in a live stream discussion based on Artificial Intelligence in healthcare.

For this achievement, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) along with Dr Abhijat Sheth, Dr Baheti and viewers were officially recorded in the Guinness World Records on February 25 in Delhi.

Dr Baheti said that technology today is proving to be a blessing for patients. Through AI, analysis of X-rays, CT scans, MRIs and other medical reports can be done in a very short time, helping doctors in accurate diagnosis. Early detection of serious diseases such as cancer, heart disease and neurological disorders significantly improves treatment success rates.
