MB Hospital has come up with a new idea for the cancer patients in hospital. They have decided to add colours to the wards to give the feel good factor to patients.

White becomes boring with time. It also tends to look dirty in a short period of time and needs to be replaced every now and then. MB Hospital has come with this new idea of adding colours to cancer ward. Light shades of pink, orange, blue, cream will be used for bed sheets and pillow covers of the patient beds. This will be changed daily so that the patient feels good with a new colour every day.

Colours also help uplift a person mentally. Simply using white everyday is boring as well as it makes the patient feel like a patient. With colours changed every day, the patients are likely to feel better. Dr. Narendra Singh Rathore said that all 45 beds in the cancer ward will see this change daily. Some people have also donated 5 sets 50 bedsheets with pillow covers for the cancer ward. It is expected that this new system will give good results. The new colour system will be spread over to the entire hospital gradually.
