On the occasion of the 82nd Birthday of Acharyadev Shrimad Vijay Padmaprabha Suriji, the Shrimati Maanbai Murdia Hospital expansion plan was announced on April 27, 2012 at Hiran Magri sector-11.

The Hospital organized a Free Health Checkup Camp on the occasion, where Dr. Ashok Jain and Dr. Sapan Jain, renowned specialists from the Shantiraj Hospital provided consulting. Rajni Dangi, Chairman of Udaipur Municipal Council was the Chief Guest at the event.

Commencing with the Snatr Panch Kalyanik Pooja, followed by an encomium and refreshments, the checkup started at 9:30 am. Various renowned citizens and social servants including Dr. Lalit Murdia, Secretary Tara Ben, Anjana Murdia, Kiranmal Savansukha, Tej Singh Bolia, Tej Singh Murdia, Chand Singh Murdia, Naresh Sharma, etc. offered their services at the camp.

At the Health Checkup Camp, 174 patients were attended to. This included surgical consulting to 24 Cancer patients and 18 Obesity patients, of which 8 were recommended immediate surgery.

With an intention of providing high end public utility services, the hospital has also allowed adding to its kitty various sophisticated services in collaboration with Shantiraj Hospital.
