On the occasion of World Physiotherapy Day, a free physiotherapy camp was organised by Udaipur Physiotherapy Practitioners Society in association with Mewar Hospital on Sunday 8th September at Kumbha Hall, Bhopal Nobles College.

About 500 patients were examined by the doctors of different specialities during the camp and were prescribed necessary treatment and diagnosis.

Orthopadeticians of Mewar Hospital Dr.Vishal Kashliwal, Dr.Riddhi Wardhanand, Physiotherapists of Mewar Hospital; Dr. Deepak Sharma, Dr.Shikha Maste, Dr .Narendra Singh Rathore and Dr.Murtaza Taxiwala participated in the camp and provided free services to the patients and treatments on neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, Knee and Ankle pain with other pain Disorders.

Mewar Hospital also provided with the free test of Bone Marrow Density (BMD) in the camp which was availed by many citizens of the city. According to Mr.Sandeep Tolasaria, Operations Head of Mewar Hospital, “The aim of such camp is to help people and also to create awareness among masses regarding innovation in orthopedic treatments.” Proper Counselling for knee and hip replacement was given to patients by Mrs. Rupal Dureha.
