Going ahead with the benefits of good health, laughter day was celebrated in Udaipur on Sunday. Vivek Park in Hiranmagri Sector 3 witnessed a perfect healthy Sunday. The park echoed with laughter. People were so involved that some were seen jumping with uncontrollable laughter whereas some turned into bundles. Dr Pradeep Kumawat combined Yoga and laughter and created a fantastic day for people. People even danced and felt energetic while performing laughter yoga. Around 80 styles of laughter yoga were performed. These include face-making laughter; smoking-laughter, vrikshasan, weight-lifting laughter and many others which made the people laugh almost to infinity.

Dr Pradeep Kumawat said that 15-minute laughter yoga provides enough oxygen to the body similar to that of 1 hour yoga. It increases blood circulation and normalises blood pressure. Among those present on this occasion were Tej Singh Chajed, Dilkhush Seth, Pravin Marwari, Dr Shobha Lal Audichya and laughter club members from Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Gujarat and Haryana. Members of Alok Group of Institutions and Narayan Seva Sansthan were also present on this day.
