The lethal swine flu virus has made a comeback in Udaipur division. A total of 7 cases including 1 death has put the health department at RNT on a high alert.

As per reports, the patients have come to the hospital from Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Jhadol, Chittorgarh and Pali.

The deceased, on account of swine flu, has been identified as 56 year old Mahendra Kumar (father of an RNT medical college doctor).

Readers may note that last year 35 deaths were reported from Udaipur division on account of Swine flu. Udaipur division was the worst affected in State on account of the lethal virus.

Doctors have asked residents to take precautions and immediately visit a doctor if any of the swine flu symptoms persist. Swine flu symptoms include Cough, Fever, Sore throat, Stuffy or runny nose, Body aches, Headache, Chills and/or Fatigue.
