Surajpol Police has lodged complaint against a congress party worker, who allegedly cheated 28 daily wage laborers yesterday, by not paying the money promised for chanting pro-congress slogans and welcoming Central Minister, C.P. Joshi, at Paras Tiraha.

Felt duped, Laborers knocked the door of Labour Union and later lodged complaint at police station.

According to the report lodged, Ghanshyam Dhabai, a youth congress (rural) activists hired daily wage laborers standing near Paras Tiraha, for chanting slogans and welcoming C.P. Joshi, Union Leader and Senior Congress activist. When C.P. Joshi arrived, he was welcomed by ‘rented’ labor-turned-congress workers, after that Dhabai left, without paying laborers.

Ghanshyam Dhabai could not be reached for the statement, however, a congress worker on condition of anonymity felt regretful for such incident.
