Members of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) came up with an innovative mechanism for highlighting city’s burning problem of potholes. With pretty much all major roads of Udaipur battling pothole problem, AAP members today carried out a drive to name potholes after administrative heads.

Hanif Mohammad Khan of AAP said that party members gathered today at 5:30 pm and carried out the naming of potholes in Savina vegetable market area, Sobhagpura-RK Circle route, Ashok Nagar road etc. The potholes have been named after State Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria, Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari and others.

The potholes have been named as Gulab Villa, Chandra Villa, Ravi Villa etc. In a scathing sarcasm, the messages welcoming people to Smart City were also placed.

Now this is one interesting way that would give even Gandhigiri a run for its money.
