An accident took place at Fatehpura chungi naka on Sunday afternoon. The road is dug up since last 2 months.

“Work in progress” hasn’t progressed enough since last two months resulting in accidents at Fatehpura chungi naka road. A bus and a bike collided resulting in bike rider getting injured. The bike rider has been admitted to MB hospital. Agitated crowd blocked the road for two hours.

SI Netrapal Singh interfered and had the blockage cleared. He said that the bike rider is safe now. It has been brought to notice that sewerage work is going on since more than last 2 months. The dug up road is posing to be troublesome for the public. As a result public created a jam and agitation increased because of the accident. An engineer was called from the corporation to pacify the public.

As reported by the public, the sewerage line work is going on since long and not completed yet. Many a times, work has come to a halt. A lot of people have fallen off their two wheelers due to pits on the road. A lot have suffered injuries. Public demanded the presence of Home Minister and protested against the incomplete work.
