ASP City Paras Jain said that action will be taken against overloaded vans and autos but parents also need to be alert in this case. They must not send their children in autos which are already overloaded and any such case must be reported to police. All drivers of school transport have been instructed to drive their vehicles carefully and in a decent speed limit failing which they will have to face punishment.

As per the present situations, many auto rickshaws and vans can be seen outside private schools which are overruling the standards of passenger capacity. A check on this overloading has become demand of time as the city has seen too many accidents of school vehicles in the recent times.
