Several political and social groups of city came forward in support of Hariprasad Sharma, S.P, Udaipur over last Saturday’s tension between film ‘Bad’ crew and the police officer.

Today, Muslim Mahasabha, Chatra Sangarsh Samiti and local Congress corporators presented memorandum and demanded action against film crew for alleged misbehavior with S.P Sharma on 20th July.

Members of Muslim Mahasabha, burnt the effigy of M.L Chouhan, Officer at Public & Public Distribution Department, who is enacting the role of a Judge in the film. The protesters demanded that Chouhan should move out of the role in respect and support of S.P Sharma.

As per the report, S.P Hariprasad Sharma was allegedly stopped from entering his office when the shooting was going on in the Collectorate premises. Pooja Bhatt, producer of the film, on the other hand, accused Sharma  of abusing her. Shooting was put on hold and resumed only after a few hours.

Protestors demanded strict action against unit head and all those who misbehaved with Police Superintendent.
