Bhartiya Janta Party’s youth wing Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) today held a protest at the District Collectorate and at the Divisional Commissioner’s office on various issues, like school timings, need for passport office and an international airport in the city.

BJYM is running a campaign against the present Congress led State Government under the banner of ‘Congress Hatao, Rajasthan Bacho’.

Today several workers of the party under the leadership of BJYM President Jinendra Shastri gathered at the District Collectorate regarding Passport office in Udaipur and operation of International fights.

Yuva Morcha Members also gave memorandum to District Collector and DM Vikas S. Bahle to augment the timings of schools to 9:00 in the morning, considering the increasingly cold temperature.

District Collector Vikas S. Bhale informed UT over the phone that the issue came to his notice today and he has given instructions to the concerned officers to give detailed report on the aforesaid issue.

Bhale also said, “I will study reports from the schools also, until now there is no such report for changing the time from any school”. He said that he will talk to the D.E.O. also regarding this matter and will take his views too.

Jay Parakash Nimawat against Jinendra Shastri

Jay Prakash Nimawat, President of Youth Congress, Udaipur City, alleged that Jinendra Shastri and his team is only targeting other government departments and excluding Municipal Council.

Nimawat said that Municipal Council is also a department which comes under State Government, then how come BJYM is not agitating in front of the MCU despite of so many issues being raised by the media every day.
