Clean Udaipur for Cleaner Ganga

This statement was made by Anil Mehta, joint Secretary, Lake Conservation Committee on Saturday during a conversation at Dr. Mohan Singh Mehta Memorial Trust. The Botany students and professors from PPN college, Kanpur (U.P) were present at the venue for the same. The group of students came with their HOD Dr. Jyoti Kumar.
Anil Mehta, in a dialogue with the PG students informed about the Greenbridge Plan for Ayad river purification and other environmental protection activities of the institution.
The secretary of the trust, Nand Kishore Sharma clearly stated that lake conservation and cleanliness in Udaipur has been possible due to public participation. Dr. Kumar further mentioned that the experiences gained from Udaipur will help initiate public cooperation in Kanpur too.
