A daughter has been arrested for illegal possession of her mother’s property. A woman working in Dariba mines filed a complaint against her daughter in police station. As per the report, Lata w/o Jagdish Lohar resident of Sector 4 Hiranmagri had taken illegal possession of her mother Manju’s property and scooter.

Manju w/o Bhagwati Lal Lohar had divided her moveable and immovable property among her 4 daughters. She made a house for herself in Savina which was solely hers. This property was not included in the division. Being alone, Manju devi adopted her brother-in-law Champalal’s son Arjun. Two of her daughter’s Madhvi w/o Chandra Prakash and Lata w/o Dinesh were not happy with her decision. They, along with their husbands, took possession of the house in Savina. When police went to investigate the matter based on the complaint of Manju Lohar , Madhvi and her husband Dinesh gave up the house and left. The other daughter Lata refused to leave the house as a result of which police arrested her. A case of illegal possession of property has been registered against Lata.
