Nagraj Meena (MLA, Dhaiyawad) today met District Collector and District Magistrate, Vikas Sitaram Bhale on the issue of land occupied by some people illegally.

Meena along with village sarpanch and large number of villagers informed the collector that a “Charnot” or Grassland land which comes under State Government possession has been illegally occupied by certain influential persons in the village Dholiya Pithawatfala, in Lasadiya Tehsil of Udaipur District.

Meena urged the collector to kindly intervene and resolve the matter, as this might become a political issue; the people involved in illegal occupation of government land are from the opposition party and are misusing their powers according to their vested interest.

Bhale assured the MLA to take action on the aforesaid issue.
