Children are not safe in school buses. Parents have been in a shock as their children reported of sexual abuse by the bus driver of a private school in Teetardi, Udaipur.

Some children were scared of the school bus driver but gathered up guts to report the matter to the parents. As per the complaints, the school bus driver of a private school in Teetardi was constantly misbehaving with the little children. This is definitely a matter of sexual abuse as per the description given by the children to the parents on the acts of the driver. After this, many parents rushed to the school to report the matter to the school Principal who tried to brush away the matter on the pretext that operation of school buses does not come under their administration. They refused to take action against the driver. Later, parents collectively reported the incidents to the police station in Hiranmagri.

The bus driver has denied all the accusations which aggravated the parents. Bus driver Mohammed Ayub, resident of Alipura has been arrested by the police.

As per parents when everything from books to dresses is decided by the school, how can the school brush away this sensitive matter when every bus enters the school premises? It is not appropriate on part of the school to deny taking action in such delicate matters.
