With infrastructure and construction in the city on a rise, various commercial and residential buildings are being constructed in almost every area in the city. The mass construction is also creating a sort of mayhem for the residents.

In an incident today in the old city area of Jadiyon ki Ol, residents of the area showed their agitation over three constructions carried in the area from Jhadiyon ki ol till Gulab Bagh.

The matter settled only after the ward councilor intervened to sort the matter out. Although it sounds hilarious but the cause of problem are donkeys which are used as transportation medium to carry construction material on their back.

People of the area complained that due to overloading donkeys, rocks, sand and bricks often fall down on road which creates trouble for motorists and pedestrians.

Kanchan Soni, Councilor of Ward no.2, warned the contractors to take care of the problem.

Dinesh Shrimali, opposition leader of congress at Nagar Parishad alleged that all three constructions, at Kala Gokhda, near Hanuman Temple and Jadiyon ki ol are going on without legal documents and permission.

Last night of Saturday, people of Bhopalpura area reached Municipal Council Chairperson’s residence while protesting against the construction going on in their area.

Few days back, residents of Shobhagpura also protested against the construction of commercial complex.
