The drains in Ashwini market are so choked that rain water has started entering the shops. The shop keepers in the market have complained about the negligence in the construction work under the smart city project. The construction material has clogged the drains and rain water is now entering the shops as the drains are overflowing and water is collecting on the roads. Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari has assured the shop keepers that the issue would soon be taken care of.
