University officials clarified the issue of the Badminton Court at MLSU today after MLSU President locked the gate of the court which is said to be common for both MPUAT and MLSU Universities.

The students complained about the MPUAT professors alleging that they do not allow students to use the badminton court and act as per their own will.

Professor I V Trivedi, Vice Chancellor, MLSU said, “I will discuss the issue and talk to Dr. O.P Gill, VC MPUAT to sort out the matter with immediate effect”.

“We will talk to the MLSU officials and appoint a peon from each University for morning and evening alternatively, by both the Universities”, said Narendra Nalwaya, Secretary Sports Board, MPUAT.

Dariyav Singh Chundawat, Chairman Sports Board, MLSU, said, “There had been a slight misunderstanding between the officials of both the Universities because of recent consecutive holidays. Officials of both the Universities will sit together and come up with a solution as soon as possible.”
