The demand for removing mobile tower from outside Mahakaleshwar Temple has not yet been approved. Administration has not taken any action despite the fact that this was requested more than a week back.

Once again a lot of people served a memo to UIT Chairman Shrimali and Anti-Encroachment head Devendra Javalia reminding them that the mobile tower needs to be removed at the earliest. Shrimali assured that the tower would be removed within a week’s time. Mahakaleshwar Temple is visited by devotees daily. A number of children also play near the temple. Radiations caused by the tower are a risk on health. With a mobile tower standing at a public place, it is extremely dangerous for the people living in this area.Public is now waiting for the promise of UIT Chairman to be fulfilled.
