Muslim Mahasabha requests Governor for Passport Office in Udaipur

Considering the problem faced by the Udaipurites in making their passports, representatives of Rajasthan Muslim Mahasabha headed by Haji Mohammad Baksh submitted a memorandum to the Governor of Rajasthan, Margret Alwa, requesting a Passport Office be opened in Udaipur.

According to the memorandum, people of Udaipur travel to foreign lands for higher studies, Hajj Yatra, work related travels to Gulf countries etc for which they have to first take a trip to Jodhpur for their passports.

It becomes difficult for elder people, kids and ladies to travel to Jodhpur and it also wastes a lot of time and money. They strongly demanded opening of a passport office in Udaipur as soon as possible.

While submitting the memorandum, Regional President K R Siddiqui, Divisional General Secretary Mohammad Hanif, Vice President Akhtar Siddiqui, Rohil Pathan, Irfan Multani and other members of Muslim Mahasabha were present.
