Commerce college students created a hue and cry today regarding illegal parking outside their college. Students along with the Student Union protested against parking outside college campus. Police had to be called to create peace but the issue took a heated turn after conflict between police and students. Following this physical bash up also took place.

Some students even damaged the illegally parked vehicles outside their college. They also parked their cars in the middle of the road to express their agitation. Police had to use light force to push back the agitated students. 2 students were taken on by the police and pushed into police jeep. Commerce College President Himanshu Panwar and 2 others were arrested by police. Bhupalpura SI said that action will be taken against students who damaged the vehicles parked outside college.

It may be noted that a parking issue had risen even earlier. Police even used lathi charge on the students. In spite of all this, no proper parking system was developed either by administration or by police. This parking issue happens every now and then and needs an effective solution.
