University road is in such a bad shape that very often two-wheelers can be seen slipping due to slime. Some new drains have been constructed which have actually blocked the old drains. Dirty water from these blocked drains flows out on the road resulting in slime which is dangerously slippery.

Not just the two-wheeler riders but also people walking on the road slip due to this slime. For making new drains, footpath slabs on the road were removed which blocked the drains. Since the drains are blocked, corporation is trying to push the waste material through pressure pumps. This will cause additional road blockage for a few days.
