The students of Government Secondary School, Goverdhan Vilas protested against the quality of food served in their Mid-day meal. Students were annoyed over the under-cooked and stale chapattis served in their meal today.

Krishna Panwar, Teacher informed, “This is not the first time that we have received such quality of food from the Nandi Foundation.  The food is sub-standard each time and even the menu is not adhered to.”

Durga Nawal, School Food Controller said, “Nandi foundation are neither following the menu nor the rules while providing the mid-day meals”.

“The health of the students is being compromised with this issue and on several occasions we have to disregard the food and have thrown it for it being sub-standard”.
