All the government run ration shops of the State remained closed for a day in order to express their concern over 13-points-demands. Udaipur city’s 120 shops and a total of 1200 shops of the district remained closed, causing problems for citizens.

All the government run ration shops of the State remained closed for a day in order to express their concern over 13-points-demands. Udaipur city’s 120 shops and a total of 1200 shops of the district remained closed, causing problems for citizens.

Vijayraj Maheshwari, president of the ration businessmen association informed that increment on commission, door-step-delivery system, increase in the stock of wheat flour, 15kg. wheat flour to all ration dealers etc. are few in the 13-points demand put forward by the association.

District Rationing officer denied any information regarding the strike, however, Maheshwari said that they informed rationing officer about the strike.
