All India State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ) Employees Coordination Committee staged a protest demonstration outside the bank’s head office at Patel Circle.

Marking the day as Demand Day, the employees demanded six points to be considered in their favor which included; discussion with the union’s representatives, following the agreements done between bank management and coordination committee, hiring cleaning and security staff, appointing casual workers as permanent employees, preventing exploitation of workers by transferring them and stop punishing employees on false complaints.

National vice Secretary D.K Jain informed, “The bank employees are concerned about the dictatorial behavior of bank management.”

The employees committee has also decided to go for a nationwide strike on 15^th April.

All protesting employees wore a protest badge to express their anger. Along with D.K Jain, Vinod Kapoor and S.Z Haider also headed the protest.
