A committee has been formed to check the leakage points responsible for polluting Lake Pichola. The committee inspected 15 such sites on Monday and marked them on the map. Headed by the Deputy Commissioner Anil Sharma, the committee has to present the report by 15^th May to Commissioner of Municipal Corporation. Some more places are to be inspected on Tuesday. Action will be taken after all the leakage points have been assessed. The leakage points will be repaired and the team will work to maintain the hygiene of the water of Lake City. Dr Tez Razdan, Dr Anil Mehta and Tez Shankar Paliwal are among the committee members who are actively involved in keeping the lakes clean.
