Soon after winning, the university election members of Chatra Sangarsh Samiti (CSS) came into action today when the activist students locked the room of MLSU official who was in charge of PhD admissions.

Amit Paliwal, Student Union President alleges that due to the absence of the in charge T.S Agarwal, PhD interviews which was scheduled today was canceled and this angered the students. When tried to contact Agarwal, his phone was off, said Amit Paliwal.

The incident also raises another serious question when CSS members found that T.S Agarwal has not signed attendance register for past one year.

“We have locked the room and will return the keys only when the controller will answer us that why he was absent and why he kept his phone off” said Amit Paliwal.

Paliwal also allege that many such officials of MLSU are not doing their duty properly.

Today, some PhD students approached Amit Paliwal and complained that there was no one to take their interview. Vice Chancellor I.V Trivedi is also not in town and also didn’t answer the phone, claimed the students.
