Student leaders met Municipal Commissioner over City Bus issue
Student leaders of all the MLSU Colleges met the Municipal Commissioner Himmat Singh Barath today and demanded to include MLSU as one of the destination in the upcoming city bus service.

The service will facilitate thousands of students and also benefit locals of the area. Barath assured to take positive steps regarding the issue.
Student leaders Amit Paliwal, Mayurdhwaj Singh and Prince Choudhary with other presidents from various colleges visited the Municipal Corporation today. The effort to include MLSU as one of the stops for public bus is going on from several days.
Amit Paliwal, president of MLSU student union said that 20000 students of MLSU will get benefit from the bus service. Paliwal said “For the last three years, student unions are demanding bus service for students but administration keeps ignoring.”
“We will shut the bus service if MLSU campus is not be included” said Paliwal.
Tomorrow on 9th Oct, students will stage protest outside Udaipur Municipal Corporation.
Himmat Singh Barath, commissioner, said that, “The process of tender is still going on and once it gets done, we will think about diverting or adding the campus as one of the stops.”
