A group of villagers jammed the national highway of Sukher-Bhuwana for a few minutes and demonstrated against administration after a temple of Baba Ramdev was removed from a UIT owned land.

The villagers were later comprehended with decision and negotiated with UIT officers. Police force was also called to control the situation.

The incident occurred today evening when a small temple constructed on the land of UIT was removed by UIT officials. The idol was first removed and placed at another location nearby and the platform was demolished.

When villagers came to know about the action, they gathered in large numbers and started protesting.

Later senior members of village and administrative officers talked on the issue and settled the situation.
